By accessing and using QuantaPay's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
QuantaPay provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency payment gateway that enables merchants to:
- Accept cryptocurrency payments directly to their own wallets
- Integrate payment solutions via API, payment links, or e-commerce plugins
- Access real-time payment notifications and transaction tracking
As a QuantaPay user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the service for illegal activities or fraud
QuantaPay charges transaction fees for processing cryptocurrency payments:
- 1% per successful transaction (capped at $50)
- No setup fees or monthly minimums
- Fees are automatically deducted from each transaction
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantaPay is not liable for any loss of funds due to user error, security breaches, or blockchain network issues.
